橡胶软连接有哪些需要注意的要点：

1、禁止在试水和操作阶段打开橡胶软连接螺栓和管道连接螺栓；

   1. It is forbidden to open rubber soft connection bolts and pipe connection bolts during water test and operation;

2、橡胶软连接的安装长度按球两端橡胶密封面外侧计算，产品不流动;

   2. The installation length of the rubber soft joint shall be calculated according to the outside of the rubber sealing surface at both ends of the ball, and the product shall not flow;

3、管道必须有固定支架或固定支架。固定支架的力必须大于轴向力。对于垂直安装和架空安装，应在产品的两端安装相应的固定支架和力架，以防止工作被拉出。

   3. The pipe must have a fixed bracket or a fixed bracket.The force of the fixing bracket must be greater than the axial force.For vertical installation and overhead installation, the corresponding fixing bracket and force frame should be installed at both ends of the product to prevent the work from being pulled out.

4、严禁在未紧固各部位连接螺栓的情况下进行水压试验。

5、预拉伸安装禁止超出橡胶软连接的自然长度.
